The SmokeBoost™ setting maintains the temperature at 180°F, optimizing food’s absorption of smoke and intensifying flavor.
Cook with lid open
Manual mode provides steady fuel and fan speed for consistent heat when searing or at any time during the cooking process when the lid is left open.
