My experience is mixed. I originally bought 4 (they come in pairs; I bought two pair). When they arrived they paired up easily in multi-sync mode and worked fine. The flame effect is nice and the sound is okay for what they are. The bass is lacking but they work well enough for a get together on the patio.
Except then one of the torch lights wouldn’t turn off.
I reached out to customer support and arranged for a replacement. They sent a new pair so I returned a pair, one of them defective. The replacement set will not multi-sync with the original set. It will sync with the torch it was boxed with but will not sync with the others. I tried factory resetting all four torch lights but that doesn’t seem to do anything except turn them off.
There is no extended help I could find online and so I will likely have to return all four. I’m disappointed.

[Update: The seller contacted me over the review and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I now have 4 speakers that sync. I give the speakers 5 stars now for what they are: patio/firepit speakers. Many thanks to the seller for helping me out. They stood by their product.]

After reading my review, BolaButty offered me a full refund. I didn’t expect that, I left the speaker out in the rain. I ordered another set because of their customer service, plus they’re good speakers.

I got these for my husband as a Christmas gift! We have just set them up and we absolutely love them. The max volume if perfect to not disturb the neighbors. They were super easy to connect and the sound quality is amazing.

Love these speakers! They come with a variety of ways to hang and use; mounting brackets, hooks and handles to hang from. They charge quickly and sync seamlessly. The Bluetooth pairing process is super simple and the speakers sync easily to each other. As an added bonus, turning one speaker off turns all of them off, so you don’t have to travel around your yard hitting all the power buttons. We plan to purchase more to add to our system!

I spend a lot of time outside & in my gardens so I was looking for outdoor speakers, I’m so glad I decided on these. I absolutely love them, I use them everyday. Great sound quality, they look amazing, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I’ll be buying more soon to spread throughout the property. I like that there are different setting for the lights as well. Great price, easy to connect to Bluetooth & easy to pair to each other. Quick note: when you go to connect the Bluetooth just press the button once, don’t try holding it down. Highly recommend these!

This is by far one of the best purchases I have ever made. I ordered six to start and will definitely buy more. It’s so easy to set up and the way they automatically sync with one another is so convenient. I spread them all throughout the house and around the property and they worked perfectly! The sound is great, crisp, clear, zero static, zero interference. When I shut off the main speakers I had the Bluetooth connected to, they followed in suit and shut down. I was so happy that I did not have to shut them off individually.
The fact that we can move these around and travel with them, makes this product hard to beat. You can take these with you anywhere, that means I can move the party from the front yard to the backyard without issue. Seriously the best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

These speakers are absolutely awesome… They synced so easily, the sound is phenomenal, and they add such a beautiful touch to our deck in the evening.

Bought these off of another review. Couldn’t be happier. Sound is perfect and crisp. Connectivity was easy and straight forward. Both connected and play in Sync. I like that I can turn the flame on or off and the adjustability. What little I have used them they worked flawlessly. Will update when they get put to the use they truly were bought for and that’s the outdoor movie theater. Hopefully post the video as well in the coming weeks.
