The Husqvarna Automower® 430X NERA is a robot mower for complex lawns up to 3200 square meters. With the Automower® Connect app and the optional Husqvarna EPOS™ plug-in kit, you can achieve precision mowing with virtual boundaries, eliminating the risk of broken wires. Smart features such as object avoidance reduce the risk of unexpected downtime, and navigation is done through a virtual map created by GPS. The Automower® Zone Control feature is enabled. This enables you to easily adjust lawn care from your phone and create work zones and temporary keep-out zones with different settings. The 430X NERA can also be integrated with your smart home so you can control it with your voice using Alexa or Google Home, or take advantage of IFTTT programs.
Wireless installation possible
The Automower® NERA range with Husqvarna EPOS™ gives you completely customisable freedom in lawn maintenance. Virtual boundaries are created through satellite-based technology. Rather than physical wires.
Automower® Zone Control
The Automower® Zone Control feature lets you easily create work zones with different settings and temporary keep-out zones. It gives you more control over your lawn, so you can apply different schedules and mowing heights to each zone, or block the robot mower from mowing in certain areas.
Object Detection and Avoidance
Built-in radar helps the mower detect and avoid obstacles, reducing the risk of unexpected stops. Detection mode reduces speed to mitigate collisions, while avoidance mode steers the mower to avoid impact.
Automower® Connect App
With the Husqvarna Automower® Connect app, you can easily control it remotely via your smartphone. You can also manage and monitor your Husqvarna robotic mower, change settings, and easily get information and tips for hassle-free lawn maintenance. Supports cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Specific models are subject to availability.
GPS Assisted Navigation – Patented
The onboard GPS system creates a map of the garden, including where the boundaries and wires are installed. The Husqvarna Automower® records the area of the garden it has covered and adjusts the mowing pattern accordingly. This ensures optimal grass coverage and a superb mowing result.
Smart Home Integration
Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT for convenient voice control and status updates. This works with all Husqvarna Automower® models equipped with cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity. You can perform voice commands such as start, stop and park. Just use your voice assistant to get status updates on your mower. It can be used for IFTTT routines and more. With Automower® Connect, you can also integrate your robot mower with the Gardena smart system so that mowing and watering work together.
Wired support
In areas where satellite coverage is insufficient, boundary lines can be placed to support virtual boundaries and prevent mowing interruptions. The mower will usually continue mowing once signal is re-acquired in these areas, but boundary lines are also a good option to ensure a smooth mowing experience without temporary interruptions. For example, in narrow passages and areas near dense trees, signal coverage may be affected in these areas.
Smart connectivity through IFTTT
Use smart connections in the Automower® Connect app, or create your own flexible routines with IFTTT to further integrate Automower® into your smart home. Perhaps you want your mower to automatically park when the kids get home from school, or when the forecast calls for heavy rain? Or perhaps you want it to sync perfectly with the weather? IFTTT (“If This. Then That”) is free and easy to use.
GPS Anti-Theft Protection
Equipped with GPS tracking, you can track your mower’s current location to minimize the risk of theft. Notifications will be sent to your device via the Automower Connect® app, so you can always know where your mower is.
Automower® Access

Husqvarna AIM Technology (Automower® Intelligent Mapping)
Husqvarna AIM Technology uses onboard GPS and sensors on your robotic mower to create a virtual map of the lawn as well as enabling a range of smart Automower® features. The virtual map is visible in the Automower® Connect app as well as the boundary and guide wires. With AIM Technology you can use the app to create work areas with different cuttings heights and schedules. or stay-out zones for personalised zone control. Rewilding Mode
Rewilding Mode is designed to let nature back into your garden. When activated. it automatically allocates 10% of your lawn to a rewilding zone. Automower® will leave this area untouched for as long as you want and you can rescale. reshape. move or remove the rewilding zone at any time. This feature is available on the following models: 405X. 415X. 430X NERA. 435X AWD and 450X NERA and users will be notified about the update via the Automower® Connect app. 430X NERA and 450X NERA need a boundary wire installation to use Rewilding Mode.

Automatic passage handling – PATENTED
Husqvarna Automower® automatically senses narrow passages and finds its way even through the smallest passages. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid unpleasant tracks.
Weather timer
Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s growth rate. meaning that Husqvarna Automower® will maximise its mowing time during periods of strong grass growth. In sunny or dry weather. or late in the season. the mower will spend less time mowing. which decreases wear on lawn and mower.
Spot cutting
Special mode to quickly mow a limited area of longer grass. This is especially useful for areas beneath for example garden furniture. once the furniture is removed. Place the mower in the desired area and choose Spot cutting mode. The mower will mow in tight spirals and when finished resume in automatic mode.
Target height for improved lawn quality
For improved lawn quality. TargetHeight lowers the cutting height automatically from MAX to defined height over a 10 days period.
Spiral cutting
Spot and spiral cutting modes can be activated for efficient mowing in areas with high grass. When the spiral cutting functionality is activated. the cutting disc sensors detect when the mower enters an area with higher grass and automatically switch to a systematic spiral pattern. Spot cutting is a mode to mow a limited area of longer grass quickly. This is especially useful for areas like beneath garden furniture once the furniture is removed. Place the mower in the desired area and choose Spot cutting mode. The mower will mow in tight spirals and. when finished. resume in automatic mode.
Profiles
Create several profiles with individual settings. making it easier to share the mower between numerous locations. With personal names on each profile and installation it is easy to switch between different setups via the menu on the mower.
Electric height adjustment – PATENTED
Electric cutting height adjustment makes it convenient to set the desired height via the Husqvarna Automower® Connect app. The setting is also accessible from the mower’s main menu.
