For me this machine is a MIRACLE MIRACLE… so much body pain taking 800 mg of pain pills twice a day. 13 surgeries 7 which was knees. Three knee replacements (re-did left knee twice…. I was desperately looking for something to relieve my daily pain. I KID YOU NOT I could barely walk without limping. Done everything MRIs Chiropractor every two weeks shots every three months. I ran 5ks every weekend until last Aug 2024 where pain in my body wouldn’t let me do hardly anything. I thank God I’m always trying to find something to help my pain… for some reason last week ran across a video of this machine – I said what the heck I always try something at least once and got it on Monday I immediately opened it and did 10 minutes- I FELT RELIEF IMMEDIATELY FOR ME !!! I wanted to wait a month before giving my review. I suffer from chronic fatigue, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and knee pain.
I saw this vibrating platform machine, that also does lymphatic drainage. I had no idea what lymphatic drainage was or do. I purchased it to shake my body using vibrations as a health alternative, since I can’t jog, ride a bike, do yoga, or go swimming.
I was cautious and had concern with all that vibration, to be standing on the machine for 10 minutes, that I would fall, my knees would buckle, lose my balance have some sort of motion sickness, or hurt my feet. It never happened. Level 1 to start for 10 minutes, has been ideal for me, and equivalent to 1 hour bike ride. I place the platform to be in view of the TV, to watch whatever program and haven’t even notice, I’ve been standing with my entire body vibrating for 10 minutes.

This vibration plate is great! I would recommend starting slow and building, I started with 5 minutes and worked my way up to 10. I’m 23, work on my feet all day long. I bought this to see if it would help make my feet feel better. After 2 weeks of using daily I’ve noticed my feet don’t hurt and are less swollen, my whole body feels less “puffy” probably due to lymphatic drainage, and muscles getting a little more toned. I am already slim but this has definitely helped me to lose some water weight I was retaining. I didn’t even know it had a bluetooth speaker until a week after use, which was a cool surprise. Only thing I’d say is listen to your body. Don’t use too high of a speed and don’t overdue it. I was standing straight legged for the first couple days and had some discomfort on my knees. Started standing with a bend in my knees and that went away. I think this is a great product, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to workout and move your body.

WOW!! Only used once so far and absolutely love it! I have been using a vibration plate at my tanning salon for over a year. However this one is way better than the one at the tanning salon! Excited to have this at my home to use everyday! My 10 and 17 yr old also use it! Great tool for the home!

I have had this a few months now and I love it! I have a lot of hip pain and this helps relieve it. It has different modes for different intensity levels that increase and decrease for your workout without having to adjust it. You can also set the intensity on your own using the remote. I love how easy it is to operate. It is durable and has suction cups on the bottom that stick to the floor so it doesn’t slide around on vinyl floors. I would definitely recommend this product.

The unit arrived ahead of schedule. It is ready to plug in and use right out of the box. It is heavy and strong. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The remote requires 2 AAA batteries, but you don’t have to use the remote as the controls are easily accessible on the top of the platform. There are programs to choose or you can use the manual mode to create your own. I used P1, which is 10 minutes and alternates in speed. The instructions indicate different positions you can use to focus on different areas. I stood straight and bent leg while on it and could feel it throughout my body. I wouldn’t have believed it if I was told, but after two sessions (one standing and one sitting), about 10 hours apart, I could tell a difference in the swelling in my ankles. I plan to make this a daily ritual.

Very, very skeptical of this. After reading and watching videos, including TikTok, I purchased it. Only used a few times so far but I really do think it makes me feel better overall. Often use it in the AM when dogs is on the 2nd nap and I’m catching up on morning news.

I have lots of water weight and swollen due to bad lymph circulation. After just trying it one day, l already see the result. I don’t feel pressured under my armpit and shoulder area, body feels less swollen and so much lighter!
Sound system from attached speaker works pretty good and has a decent sound to make me relax while using the machine!

This is the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. I originally was thinking about a mini trampoline for lymphatic drainage, but this popped up. I use it more than 10 minutes a day, but I lost 4lbs in water weight within 2wks. I’ve been bloated for 2yrs and this machine did the trick. It’s solid and I will use it every day probably forever.

LOVE this Vibration Plate!
I follow a lymphatic drainage/Vibration Plate video on YouTube and it’s awesome. I also listen to meditative stress/cortisone reducing music while on the vibration plate. It is the best stress reduction activity! It also loosens my sore muscle pain and stiffness. I use it as a warm up before walking.
The features are great. I set the timer and strength, and just enjoy the process. Everything about it works well. One of my favorite purchases!!!
