It’s amazing, I have actually lost weight by using it, 21 pounds so far, and I also use it for my arms so I get even exercise for upper and lower body yet had to buy a nonskid mat because it moved on me on the carpet which makes it difficult to get a good workout. It will be great for winter time as well so I won’t gain back what I lost like I just did this past winter.
